Developer Background​

The Queenswoodz is developed by EXSIM Group, a Malaysian property developer with over 10 years of experience in residential and commercial projects. EXSIM has completed multiple developments across Malaysia.

Environmental awareness is a key focus for EXSIM. Their portfolio ranges from industrial to residential projects, with an emphasis on eco-friendly and sustainable design features.

EXSIM also operates a scheduled waste management business through their sister company, Pentas Flora Sdn Bhd, which produces recycled fuel oil for industrial use.
